We are a contemporary French/American Pastry shop. Our breakfast and dessert items are made fresh daily on premises using only the freshest and finest ingredients. We also specialize in wedding and occasion cakes.

Jacqueline Ingoglia, the owner and executive pastry chef, graduated from "Pace University" for business and from "The Culinary Institute of America" for baking. She has worked in some of the finer restaurants in Manhattan and Long Island, including "The Essex House", "The Garden City Hotel" and "The 21 Club". Besides winning many awards in culinary competitions, she has taught baking at New York Institute ofTechnology Culinary Arts and has now brought her talent to Babylon.

Jacqueline's Patisserie allows you to have coffee and a pastry in our warm and relaxing atmosphere or to shop and take it home. Among some of the different pastries you will find are an assortment of breakfast items including, scones, croissants, danish, fruit tarts, muffins and turnovers. If you are looking for a special cake, we have a large selection of pictures for you to choose from or we can customize one for any occasion.
